We provide Behavioral Health Outpatient Services to adult individuals in person or telehealth. Beacon Wellness Center specializes in treating clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, physical health issues, and relationship issues. SuJong Chang LPC/owner is a Trauma Informed Professional, Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDR: Attachment Trauma for Adults Trained. We have extensive training in treating clients experiencing long term mental and physical issues. We provide Behavioral Assessments and referrals to improve the overall wellness of health. Our Mission: To bring a higher level of consciousness (Mind) the body and spirit.
I am a Trauma Informed Specialist, we treat overall wellness, & implement other therapeutic approaches during sessions. You may learn through diverse techniques as we will implement visual, physical, cognitive techniques to assist you in developing your skills that will work for you. I offer group therapy for trauma, anxiety, and grief.

The group members will focus on gaining social support for anxiety & coping mechanisms. The group is for client with anxiety, racing thoughts, ruminative thoughts, worst case scenarios, and all the "What if's". The client for this group will meet through telehealth and "if" possible the last group session will be in person. The client will need to call and be assessed for appropriateness to be in this group, as Beacon Wellness Center is predominately focused on trauma. We look forward to having you join our group this Summer 2026!!
