I use a Client Centered Approach which means I support you on your journey and you set the pace. The objective is to utilize your strengths in order to maximize positive outcomes. I am open to taking a harm reduction approach to gambling as well as other addictions. This allows you to establish your own goals while reducing negative outcomes.
