Beacon of Hope Counseling is a Somatic Informed private group practice that offers in-person and telehealth specialized mental health services for individuals throughout their lifespan. Our clinicians specialize in LGBTQ+, Trauma, Chronic Health Conditions and Pain, Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety/Depression, ADHD and issues around coming of age. We understand the connection between our bodies and our minds and believe that restoring these connections facilitates growth and change.
We hold certifications in CBT and Trauma Focused CBT, have training in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. We utilize Solution Focused techniques which build upon a persons innate resilience and Motivational Interviewing strategies to help achieve our client's goals.
