I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who have concerns around ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, behavior problems and school or friend concerns. The pressures in academics alongside self-esteem challenges, family expectations, or peer relationship struggles; can leave kids, teens and young adults feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or stuck about navigating their best path forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where they can build motivation.
I believe in customizing therapy with principles from CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to create actionable strategies for positive change. My approach emphasizes building coping skills, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering resilience. I offer a safe space for personal growth, helping clients align actions and improve communication.
