Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes strength, and you’re not alone. I provide personalized, integrative therapy for women navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I strive to create a safe space where you feel empowered and understood. I’m a board-certified, licensed clinical psychotherapist with graduate training from Northwestern University. I specialize in supporting women who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and eating disorders. My clinical expertise is in prenatal, postpartum, and maternal mental health.
Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with stress, overthinking, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, high-functioning anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, body-image issues, and the emotional complexities of pregnancy, pregnancy-loss, infertility, birth, postpartum, and motherhood.
Together, we’ll work to understand and heal the root causes of your challenges while also learning and applying actionable, evidence-based strategies to improve daily functioning and mood. I am trained in a variety of research-backed therapies and am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C).
