About
I work with people to help them explore, understand, and heal from the ways life has left its imprints upon them— be that from trauma, oppression, or simply the complexity of our messy and beautiful interconnectedness with each other. My approach is creative, humorous and relational. It is rooted in values of anti-oppression, abolitionism, and harm reduction.
Using attachment frameworks, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches, I support people in coming home to their bodies and emotional selves, and in creating brave relationships in which they are witnessed deeply and meaningfully, to restore them to their agency and security, and empowering them to live their lives more fully.
I enjoy working with other mixed-race and Latine folks, culture workers like artists and poets, activists and movement builders, survivors of neglect, and queer folks. I offer relational (for friends, couples, polycules, and other significant relationships in people’s lives) and group therapy, as well as individual and group supervision for other therapists.
