Hi! Thanks for considering me as your therapist. Whether you are struggling with a past trauma or current relationship, I have more than 30 years of helping people learn to live the best life possible. Areas of expertise: cult recovery (religious, other); ACA, PTSD, addictions, and narcissistic relationships, grief and loss. I use a cognitive orientation, which means we work to change the beliefs about life that aren't bringing you joy. I have studied with Dr. Dan Siegel and use interpersonal neurobiology research (cognitive neuroscience), as well as attachment theory. Appointments are typically once/week. I enjoy people tremendously and love the work that I do.
