I help adult women navigate anxiety, overwhelm, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. They often feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we'll build practical tools, strengthen resilience, & cultivate acceptance (and a little grace) to move forward in peace.
