About
I am deeply passionate about what I do with children and their families. It's a privilege to sit in a room or play with another human being and have them share with you their suffering, their joy, their anger, their confusion, their sorrow, and their successes. I strongly believe that mental health is essential to a person’s well-being, a healthy family, interpersonal relationships, and the ability and possibility to live a full and productive life.
In my work experiences, I address a variety of issues including trauma, parenting, relationship and family conflict, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and the struggle to find purpose and meaning in life. I utilize treatment modalities including CBT, PCIT, Play Therapy, Family System and more.
I see the therapy room as a safe space, where one can truly be themselves, with no judgement, no criticism, only understanding and support. It is my job to know your story, understand your perspective, and guide you and your families with keeping their best interest always in mind. I approach therapy with my empathy and optimism being my foundational pillars
