At Be Well Counseling, I use a strengths-based and integrative cognitive-behavioral approach to empower individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, life transitions, grief, trauma, and self-esteem to seek healing. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment so that healing can occur.
