Be Sonder Therapy is a trauma-informed therapy practice dedicated to helping children, adults, couples, and families heal. With two offices, one in Conroe and Colleyville, and therapists that provide telehealth services across Texas, Be Sonder Therapy has you covered. Each of our therapists has been trained in trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities and specializes in different areas. We are allies of the LGBTQ+ community, supporters of all faiths, religions, and spiritualities, and we believe in celebrating all cultures and backgrounds. If you’ve had a negative therapy experience, we want to show you a better one.
