Be Sonder Therapy is a trauma-informed therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma and burnout, navigate stressors, and work through a variety of mental health issues. Be Sonder was created from a shared belief that though healing is hard, it can also be enjoyable. At Be Sonder Therapy, safety, authenticity, and humor take priority. Brianna and Sarah pride themselves on being able to build connections with people of all backgrounds and belief systems. We firmly believe everyone deserves a space to be heard and known.
