We provide compassionate, highly skilled therapeutic services for individuals struggling with trauma and related issues in efforts to guide and facilitate clients' enhanced self-awareness, resolution of core beliefs and lifelong maladaptive patterns, and to find purpose and meaning in life. We work with clients, meeting them where they are, to get to the root issues of their symptoms which keep them stuck in situations and relationships, preventing them from a life full of expansiveness and hope. We also work extensively with individuals on the Austim spectrum and their family members.
We believe in a mind-body-spirit holistic approach to mental health treatment, and understand the value in guiding clients toward being an expert on their own healing journey. We embed Eastern Philosophy, Spirituality, and wellness practices into our therapeutic approach, utilizing EMDR as the primary treatment modality.
