I provide individual (not couples) therapy to curious people who are ready to get to work! I work virtually with all residents of CA.
My specialties include relationships, sexuality, all things menopause, and internalized fat phobia. I work through a weight-neutral, intersectional, feminist, and social justice lens. I am proud to be a therapist who allows people to “come as they are.” My goal is to guide, support, and collaborate with clients on their own path of discovery and growth.
