Our highly trained therapists are ready to join you in your journey towards hope and healing. Bayside Counseling Center is a Christian Counseling Center for the Greater Sacramento area and beyond. We strive to help people to know their worth, and achieve their goals of healing their relationship to either God, self, or others. We feel honored to walk alongside you in this journey.

Our therapists utilize multiple evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. We have therapists that specialize in Individuals, Couples, Children/Teens, Trauma, Sex Addiction, and Spiritual Abuse.

All our therapists on staff are followers of Jesus and seek to integrate Christian truths when desired by our clients. However, you do not have to be a Christian to receive services from Bayside Counseling Center. We strive to make our center a space of kindness and compassion no matter our differences, and honor your choices and personal autonomy.
