I believe that deep trauma can be profoundly isolating—like carrying an unbearable weight alone. I work with individuals and couples navigating complex trauma, sex addiction, betrayal trauma, abusive relationships, or addiction who are longing for hope and healing. What drives me is helping you feel truly seen, deeply cared for, and connected, especially in life's hardest moments. Healing doesn't have to be a solitary journey. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion as you move toward lasting healing.
I earned my Master’s in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. As an ASAT Candidate, I am pursuing advanced training in treating sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and relational healing. I use EMDR, IFS, and narrative therapy to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing is possible.
In our work together, I create a space where I can hold the heaviness when it feels too much for you to carry, even if it’s just for 50 minutes. Honesty, trust, commitment, and steadfastness are values I hold close because I believe they’re the foundation for true healing and growth.
