I provide individual, parent-training, and couples services for folks coming in with a variety of presenting concerns. I also support individuals, couples, and family members in the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities in bridging the gaps of communication, compassion, and collaboration.
My practice is built around balancing person-centered care with evidence-based interventions. Although I have extensive training and specialize in providing DBT, IFS, and Psychodynamic Therapy; I often integrate several modalities to create an individualized approach based on your needs.
