I integrate a variety of counseling techniques with an empathetic, collaborative, and client-centered approach in order to meet the unique needs of each person. Modalities include person-centered, strengths-based, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
