I help people who are feeling depressed, feel less depressed. I understand how uncomfortable it can be to feel stuck in depression. Are you having trouble sleeping, eating too little, or too much? Hiding how you really feel inside, not wanting others to know? There is always a reason for the way we feel, and I can help you figure out what is really going on inside of you. Together we can figure out some ways to help you feel relief.
I offer a safe and inviting space, completely nonjudgmental, to talk about your feelings. Together we can explore your feelings of depression, identifying where they might have come from, in a way that is not threatening. There is a way to liberate yourself from your feelings of depression, and I can help you navigate this path to wellness.
I believe everyone has the potential for change, and I have witnessed many examples of healing and growth in my presence. There are many strategies that really work to improve our mood, and help us to feel better.
