Each provider utilizes a Person-Centered Approach and is clinically trained in various treatment techniques to aid in symptom reduction using a combination of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Perspective, DBT, Positive Psychology, TFCBT, Animal Assisted Psychotherapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, & Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
