Batya is an avid animal lover who also helps people with challenges related to pet loss. She has been an animal shelter volunteer, serial kitten foster, and the co-founder of a nonprofit partnering with rescues in Asia for several years. Batya has a deeper understanding of the human-animal bond. The loss of an animal companion or pet can be very distressing.
