Our team specializes in mental health, trauma, and substance abuse. Our team utilizes EMDR, Tapping, DBT, Somatic, ACT, and Movement Therapy to process memories that may trigger a trauma responses, anxiety, depression, or the desire to relapse. Some of our Trauma/PTSD processing has included Sexual Assault, Grief, Domestic Volience, In the line of Duty-Service Workers, TBI, and the loss of Employment. Our approach is tailored to you and your specific needs. What we have learned through life experiences is that overcoming these battles can be easier when you are not walking alone down the path.
Our in office experience may include meeting our two emotional support pups that have worked with Anthony and individuals over the past five years. They provide a great calming effect. Our approach to mental health and co-occurring disorders includes SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Therapy (EMDR), Tapping/EFT, DBT, CBT, and Christian Counseling.
We are here to help you process and walk through life. The pressure of life, family, job, and experiences can make therapyseem like an impossible task.
