On the outside, things may look steady, but internally, it can feel like constant pressure to keep up. Over time, it becomes less about holding it together and more about wanting clarity, balance, and a sense of calm that actually lasts.

I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space to go beyond surface-level coping. Using CBT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy, I help reduce anxiety, process past experiences, and build clarity, boundaries, and emotional balance. My background in dentistry gives me a unique understanding of high-pressure professional life.
