With over a decade of experience in mental health, I offer warm, direct, skillful, and compassionate psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, and multi-person relationships. I focus on helping people to recover from trauma (CPTSD & PTSD), as well as supporting LGBTQIA people, people who face marginalization, and those needing trauma-informed OCD treatment.
Many people struggle to consider the origins of their suffering, while others have a strong intellectual understanding of their trauma while also feeling profoundly stuck. Therefore, my approach is flexible, blending psychodynamic, relational, & Gestalt theories with somatic therapy, ego states/parts work, EMDR, harm reduction, applied neuroscience, & KAP.
I work with people of many backgrounds, and specialize in caring for other trans and gender non-conforming people, polyamorous folks, and those exploring sex, kink, BDSM, and other practices of autonomy & intimacy.
