Therapy is an art. The foundation of my therapy is based on the therapeutic relationship. I believe it is this relationship that allows for the power of evidence based interventions to blossom and transform lives. I don't view people as their diagnoses. In fact, i believe that "pathologies" are better seen as dysfunctional behaviors that need to be identified as part of one's personal growth. Simply creating a diagnosis doesn't help you live a better life. Sometimes “symptoms” are inner yearning and desire for change.
