I work with individuals and families who feel stuck by grief, trauma, anxiety, or major life transitions. Using a cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop practical tools for healing. I specialize in grief and loss, military-related trauma, and neurodevelopmental challenges such as ADHD and autism. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on meaningful, sustainable change.
In addition to being an LICSW, I have received specific training and certifications in Clinical Trauma Treatment, Neuropschotherapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, AntiRacist Practices, ADHD assessment and Treatment. I utilize a Person-Centered approach to help us focus on a positive future without problematic mental health symptoms weighing you down.
