I’m a licensed mental health therapist with a background in both military service and law enforcement, including serving as a city police officer in Connecticut. I understand firsthand the impact that chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and high-pressure environments can have on your life, relationships, and sense of self. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT to tailor treatment to your individual needs while helping you develop practical tools to better manage stress, emotions, and life’s challenges.
