Immediate openings for New Clients across Tennessee! (Aetna or Self-Pay, 100% teletherapy). A good definition of life would include how one meets or exceeds each challenge along the journey. Those challenges can come in many forms, and there are times when speaking to a therapist can be of great assistance. As a therapist, my goal is to hold an emotionally safe space where any and all topics can be discussed and processed. Utilizing a client-centered and strengths-based approach, my practice is focused on helping individuals, couples and families to better themselves and increase their well-being.
An important aspect of therapy is the client/therapist relationship, and finding a good fit can make a significant difference. In session, I find that I prefer to be an active participant in the room, with openness, empathy, and humor, as well as respect for the magnificent variety in humanity.
I appreciate both the monumental step you are taking in deciding to seek therapy as well as the time you have taken to read about my practice. I look forward to the prospect of working with you. -All are welcome.
