Crossroads offers Individual counseling for both mental health and addiction. We also offer both Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment group therapy. We provide Aftercare, Medication Management, Interventions and Evidence Based Treatment. We are In-Network with most insurances and are an approved NH Medicaid Provider. Here at Crossroads we understand the physical. emotional and psychological impact that active addiction can have on individuals and their loved ones.

Recovery is a lifelong process of improving health and well-being while living independently. Many people suffering from addiction achieve sobriety. Recovery is more difficult.
