I understand the anxiety that goes along with this process for you and will do everything I can to make it as comfortable as possible. I specialize in using an interpersonal psychodynamic perspective to understand your issues and more specific behavioral techniques to help make the changes you want to in your life. I have experience working with people age 4 - 75, with a special interest in working with those in their 20's, 30's and 40's.
If you are part of a couple that is having a tough time, I can also help. As an experienced couples' therapist (with particular experience with same-sex and queer relationships), I can help improve communication, reduce conflict and work towards compromise.
