I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities, tailoring each approach to meet the needs of the client. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other concerns, I utilize modalities such as CBT, ACT and MI. By implementing these various modalities, I strive to offer flexible, effective strategies for lasting change.
