I work with individuals and couples who would like to gain a deeper understanding of their internal processes, thoughts and behaviors. I provide psychodynamic and supportive psychotherapy for patients who struggle with various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma and body image.
I provide a safe space for my patients to speak freely and offer a non-judgmental and anti oppressive stance. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy which focuses on both the unconscious and conscious elements of the mind that create internal conflicts. I help my patients resolve inner conflicts and make meaning of their internal worlds.
I am genuinely a curious person and I invite my patients to become curious with me on the journey for self-exploration. I believe that psychodynamic psychotherapy is an effective way to understand the root causes of all suffering and to come up with creative ways and skills to cope with the pain caused by it.
