My approach is to create a space where you are free to be who you are. By encouraging inner transformation and your desire to heal, the wounds and archetypes you have created for survival reveal themselves. Revealing these archetypes provides you with insight to the parts of yourself that are dark and needing to be heard. Together, we invite these parts of you into the room and learn from the wisdom they can provide us. This insight into emotional turmoil, and its relationship to mind-body connection, becomes the tool of healing.
I encourage clients to create mindfulness techniques and engage in intentional behaviors that strengthen their mental well-being. I employ various activities for accessing the emotional centers in the brain. Through these applications, we are creating an awareness of the felt senses that arise in the nervous system to emotions we identify within ourselves.
