I help couples rebuild trust and improve communication. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, I guide partners to recognize patterns, express needs safely, and reconnect more deeply. Whether healing from betrayal or restoring closeness, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for real change.
