Welcome to a relaxed, nonjudgmental environment. Due to my personality, children (ages 7+) including teenagers thrive in & out of sessions as well as adults. My approach to therapy is Strength Based, Collaborative, Evidence Based, & behavioral based. I incorporate these therapies in session: Cognitive Behavior, CBT+, Trauma-Focused, Narrative, Experiential and Expressive Arts, Emotional Focused and Solution-Focused.
I treat children & adolescents with behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, & social/emotional challenges. I work with parents and caregivers to help with parenting concerns. I work with individuals, couples, & families suffering with communication, emotional distress, anxiety & depression concerns.
Mindfulness, Grounding, Mediation, Emotional regulation, Cognitive restructuring are some tools that can set you free from your worries and depression.
