Now accepting new clients! Hi and welcome! I’ll just say it—life is hard. Change, uncertainty, grief, loss, overcoming, letting go, moving forward, surviving, and thriving is hard. And it’s ok that its hard, and it’s ok to need some support. It’s ok that we don’t always know what we’re feeling or what we need. In my time as a therapist (and a human) I have seen how safe and genuine connection awakens wisdom and strength and an internal healing capacity that we didn’t know was there. I’m here to be a partner in the next steps of your journey.

I like to borrow interventions from popular models such as ACT, CBT, and DBT. But, mostly I have found that blending parts work (Internal Family Systems), mindful-self-compassion, and nervous system work/polyvagal theory makes for a more holistic healing experience. I am also a Certified Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP II).
