I have several years of providing psychotherapy, including treating survivors of intimate partner violence; treating families and youth in home-based family therapy; and treating couples and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and relational ruptures. I utilize psychodynamic, ecological, existential and trauma-informed approaches.
I have formal training in functional family therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and the Gottman Method. I hope to be able to help you on your healing journey with care, compassion, and curiosity! The most crucial part of the therapeutic process is the relationship we will build together.
