My areas of clinical focus include personal growth, relationship issues, anxiety, attachment issues, divorce adjustment, grief and loss, and religious trauma. I enjoy working with both couples and individuals.
I'm an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is scientifically proven to be highly effective in helping couples get unstuck from patterns of conflict and disconnection and EMDR has been validated as a treatment for trauma. I offer premarital therapy using the PREPARE-ENRICH assessment.

Support for women navigating the many milestones and stages of the divorce process; normalizing and validating each person's experience; promoting positive, healthy recovery and support to help each member define and achieve her individual goals. This group is by referral only and offered as there is a need.

Hold Me Tight (Currently not meeting)
This group utilizes Sue Johnson's "Hold Me Tight" curriculum that is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT has a research-proven 70-75% success rate with results shown to last, even in the face of significant stress. Group is limited to 6-8 couples (married or in long-term committed relationship). Formats offered: two hours once a week for 8 weeks or weekend (Thurs/Fri eve, all day Sat, Sunday afternoon).
