I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to understand what makes us human—what drives us, what holds us back, what brings us peace, and how we heal. That curiosity led me to the field of mental health and continues to guide my work. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, and I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, hospital emergency rooms, medical units, psychiatric wards, health insurance, as well as the prison system.
In your first session, we will begin by getting to know you and exploring your background so I can better understand how to support you. We’ll also work together to identify the areas you would like to focus on and begin developing a treatment plan based on your goals and priorities.
My approach to therapy focuses on helping you better understand how your experiences have shaped who you are today, while also building practical skills to support meaningful change moving forward.
