I think of myself as coach, teacher and mentor to help each client find a way of living that is right for them. I have an eclectic approach but my specialties are in mindfulness and attachment and trauma informed work.
I have extensive experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a certificate in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, am certified in the "Becoming Safely Embodied " skills based on attachment theory. I've completed level 1 in Internal Family Systems therapy and am in training in EMDR.
