Helping clients improve relationships, control their anxiety, release trauma, find their inner strength, and trust themselves again to make healthy choices is what I do best. As your therapist, I authentically and compassionately participate in your therapy by asking questions, making observations, or offering reflective feedback. I am here to help you.

Due to busy, demanding schedules, I offer extended sessions (2 hours minimum) and Healing Intensives, also known as EMDR Intensives (6 hours). This model of therapy is gaining in popularity. I enjoy it because clients get to have clinical breakthroughs and clients report amazement at the amount of work they accomplished in "just a day!". Call for details!

If you are a clinician and EMDR trained, joining a consultation group is a great way to hone your skills and expand your knowledge. My EMDR lens is supported by IFS, interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal theory, sandplay, and helping you find you unique EMDR voice while being grounded in the foundation of EMDR therapy. I've worked with people from Alaska to Florida, California to Maryland, and thoroughly enjoy providing consultation! If you're looking for certification or general consultation, please give me a call to see if we're a good fit! Groups are held virtually and limited to 6 people.
