I have had the pleasure of working with the special needs community in Hampton Roads, incorporating Equine Interactions and Eco Therapy (nature-based) therapies into daily living since 1989. Combining both traditional in-office counseling and outdoor connections is how I truly believe people are meant to live. Using solution-focused, Equine Interactions and Eco Therapies (nature-based), I can help you discover your strengths and move forward in creating a healthier and more productive space in which to live.
In addition to traditional office counseling sessions, I also offer Eco Therapy on our horse farm in Pungo. In addition, horse interactions can be incorporated into our time on the farm. These therapies can allow for meaningful dialog between client and counselor and can bring meaning to complex emotions.
I am committed to wellness and connection. I love being with our horses, gardening and the outdoors and find that this gives a greater connection to the earth and our world. We all need help sometimes finding our true selves, let me help open new doors for you.
