As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), I enjoy working with both individuals and couples with a multitude of struggles, including depression, anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and addiction issues. Before working in private practice, I worked at a treatment center for almost eight years helping both clients and their families. Trauma-informed therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy are my specialties; however, I use a multidisciplinary approach depending on each client's needs.
