Looking to better your relationships? I got you! Do you want to connect more with people, including yourself? Maybe you struggle with things like knowing when to say no, feeling good about yourself, or understanding what you're feeling. These are some things my clients explore in session. As your therapist, I'm interested in how you talk to yourself, how you see yourself, the places you spend time in, and your daily routine. We'll figure out how these things affect you mentally, physically, and spiritually. Then, you can learn what you need and work on giving yourself the support you deserve, making your relationships better.
In my work, I focus on being curious, genuine, and kind. I also take into consideration the affects of power imbalances. These qualities helps us build our relationship and understand others. In session, we will engage in breathing exercises, guided meditation, visualization, talking about your life experiences, body movement, and exploring its meaning.
My clients often tell me they feel understood, supported, and connected after our sessions. They feel curious and eager to keep growing. I make sure to show grace and understanding during our time together. My hope is that you can carry grace and understanding into your life as you learn to take care of yourself, connect with others, and heal.
