About
We are in challenging times with many unknowns. Perhaps you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or loss. Or you're dealing with transition, chronic pain or trauma. There are many paths to emotional wellness, and psychotherapy is one. If you are open to engaging in this process, I am here to help you to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and others and a practice of personal inquiry. This can involve learning to notice and strengthen what works, let go of what doesn't, and find new behaviors and understandings. The results can include a greater sense of confidence, ease and effectiveness.
My approaches include talk psychotherapy, art therapy and body awareness. I work with individual adults of all ages, and with couples. I have over 30 years of experience working with a variety of communities, and welcome people from various cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds, and with diverse abilities and gender expressions.
I use my experience and presence to help you feel deeply heard and seen. Through the process of working together I will work with you to develop a fuller understanding of yourself and others, a greater sense of freedom, effectiveness, joy and satisfaction. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free phone consultation.
