Hi there! I'm Barbara G. Perry, an LCSW dedicated to helping my clients navigate life's challenges and find a path to healing and self-discovery by developing coping strategies and fostering positive change. I work empathically and collaboratively with clients, to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotional experiences in a judgment-free space. I utilize a strengths-based approach person-centered approach. Together, we can work towards establishing safety and trust, developing a strong therapeutic alliance, and fostering positive change.
I work with adolescents and adults ages, 16-75 dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related difficulties/disorders. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment without judgment that allows my client to thrive.
