Are you yearning for a deeper, more authentic life? I would be honored to join you on your journey of self-discovery. I work collaboratively with individuals seeking to improve relationships, overcome challenges, heal from trauma and create more fulfilling lives. While I have experience treating many mental health issues and diagnoses, I prefer to focus on strengths over pathology. My goal is to serve as a guide and create a setting in which my clients can access their own wisdom and use it to heal.
Together we'll develop a treatment plan that meets your individual needs. I use a talk therapy, dream/imaginal work, mindfulness-based exercises. EMDR and Brainspotting therapy to help clients achieve insight, improve relationships, recover from difficult childhood experiences or trauma and reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
I enjoy helping people who are re-evaluating some aspect of their lives: relationship, career, beliefs or purpose. I have a background in working with people recovering from high-demand groups, cults or religions. I also help clients overcome trauma and longstanding limiting core beliefs through EMDR and Brainspotting therapy.
