The Parsippany Counseling Center offers neurofeedback therapy and support services to address a number of issues for adults, children, adolescents and their families. Neurofeedback training, or neurotherapy, helps you to train your brain for more optimal functioning. We specialize in ADHD and the many conditions that often accompany it; anxiety, depression, OCD, sleep disorders and issues of executive dysfunction. Whether for families, children & adolescents, or adults, we work with many other conditions that respond well to Neurofeedback training. .
As a Coach, with certifications in Life, Mindfulness and Wellness Coaching, I work with clients in person, online or by phone. My coaching is strengths based with a positive psychology perspective. My work is also deeply rooted in my work with The Daring Way(tm) including Rising Strong and the Gifts of Imperfect Parenting.
We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic & wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
