Adolescents, Woman,and Families have been the focus of my practice. With all the challenges we face in our lives today we can often benefit from the support and guidance of a caring therapist. Adolescents present a unique challenge and require a gentle loving approach to therapy. I provide a safe, caring, respectful, environment for young adults and their families who need my support and guidance. In addition, I have expanded my focus to women and the many issues that are specific to us. We have unique needs during every aspect of our lives. I look forward to speaking with you and your family.
Adolescents and Adults dealing with Mood Disorders, Depression and Anxiety, ADHD, Fears, Phobias, Grief, Divorce, Trauma, Family Dysfunction and Parenting are all areas I have a great deal of experience with. I also work extensively with woman's issues providing support and empowerment.
