I have experience working with folks 18-80 dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, health concerns, grief,and other major life transitions. My practice focuses on deep inner work that encourages self-awareness and a feeling relationship with the body. This work is facilitated by a strong and trusting client/counselor relationship based on warmth and non-judgment.
