I have specialized in evaluating, testing, and treating children, adolescents and young adults with behavior problems, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety and Depression for more than 30 years in community mental health, in-home and private practice settings. I also work with adults with similar concerns up to age 60. I was a Preferred Prescriber for BHRS/Wraparound evaluations for many years. I do Written Orders for IBHS services currently. I work with adults with transition issues such as anxiety and depression regarding life-changes, and evaluations and treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD.
I enjoy working with kids and families to offer resources/treatment for parents to set better limits for kids. I hope to help kids, teens and adult clients reach their full potential with practical solutions using CBT and other strategies. I try to have contact with schools as needed to help kids succeed in the classroom.
I worked in many aspects of child and adolescent mental health system, including BHRS (Wrap evaluations) with broad experience of Outpatient/In-home services for children, teens and young adults with various mental health challenges. I worked in community mental health settings doing Outpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
